The hotel of choice in Ullapool. Amazing breakfast with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and yogurt, excellent location. Amazingly attentive staff, brand-new room with comfortable bed. About 5 minutes walk to bus stop.

Perfect location to explore Ullapool, lovely breakfast with scrambled eggs and yogurt to smoked salmon, for example. Location really close to a restaurant, the center of Ullapool and the harbour front. Also, right in the centre.

It was lovely base for travelling to Ullapool, I was glad to stay there. Its staff were amicable. The breakfast had a lot of food, like coffee and tea

The food was great and there were a good choice of dishes in the menu. The staff were wonderful and amazingly attentive in case of questions. The location was highly convenient, with a ferry port nearby the hotel.

It was spotless, neat and with shower.

The hotel was in a very central location really close to the ferry terminal. Further, it was really close to the harbour and main road with all the bars and restaurants as well as restaurants, shops and ferry.

We came to Ullapool for overnight stay, everything was perfect. The location was magnificent and perfect there, really close to the centre. Plus, it was adjacent to the main Ullapool waterfront.

cute hotel with free wi-fi, the location was excellent near the harbour. truly enjoyed good-sized bathroom and an electric kettle, central heating and tv in our family room. the breakfast selection was amazing with smoked salmon. location: the venue was adjacent to all the pubs, restuarants and sea.

Well-appointed and spotless units with an excellent breakfast, a very comfortable bed, shower.

It was a very very good stay for one night. The location was ideal: a local supermarket and supermarkets were within walking distance. There was a harbour and a hill close to the place.

The room was a bit hot, made me a little nervous.

Tbh, had a pleasant stay for one night. Unbeatable very central location really close to a restaurant as well as shops. And it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Inverpolly Nature Reserve.

The stuff where incredibly attentive and gave us good recommendations. There were comfortable beds and central heating, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat screen TV inside the room. There was comfortable interior. The location was perfect, at a short distance from Ullapool Museum. The hotel was close to restaurants and bars.

We had a great stay at Rosslyn Cottage! The location was fantastic, and the room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. We also appreciated the on-site parking. it was a lovely experience.

We did find the abundance of rules and notices a bit excessive. From reminders about check-in and check-out times to instructions on where to put our shoes and not to wash clothes, it made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

The place was cute. Had a family room, and we greatly enjoyed it. The location was exceptionally nice down the hill and the staff here was amicable and exceptionally attentive. What's more, it was so close to shops, dining, ferry terminal, a restaurant in advance, and the Ferry Terminal.

Enjoyed this traditional hotel, quiet location and neat rooms. The breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, yogurt, yogurt to smoked salmon, the staff was friendly. We needed to stay close to a ferry port.
